Updates for players, parents, and fans.
Can't make a week? Let everyone know in two taps. Go to the Roster, tap "📅 Set availability" under your name, and toggle each week In or Out. It updates the team schedule automatically, so we can see right away when we're short a player and need to grab a sub. Please keep yours up to date — it makes setting lineups way easier.
You can now add the golf schedule right to your phone or computer calendar — no more checking the site every week to see when you're up.
Three ways to do it:
- The whole season — on the Schedule tab, tap "📅 Add all to calendar" at the top to add every week at once.
- Just one week — tap the 📅 icon on any week's card.
- Only your rounds — go to the Roster, tap "📅 Set availability" under your name, then "📅 Add my rounds to calendar." That adds just the weeks you're actually playing.
Each event drops onto your calendar with who's playing and who's out for that week.
One thing to know: these are snapshots of the schedule as it is right now — they won't update on their own. If a lineup changes after you've added it, just grab that week again (or keep an eye on the group text).
